12:00 o'clock. Everybody was here or on the phone or on Skype for the "opening of the call." We had watched the mailman the day or two before, and the mail had come by 10:00 (we didn't have a permanent mailman assigned to our beat because he had broken his leg). Today no mailman! So Ray went looking up and down the streets of Tooele, stalking mailmen. Each said no, he didn't have our street this time. Finally he came home, deflated. "We'll just have to wait..."
At 3:30 the doorbell rang and a mailgirl stood there with a grin on her face. "Are you looking for this?" (See video above)
We're going to Perth, Australia! Wahoo! We don't leave till September 12. We have to get visas first.
